As sweet as the song of a bird, we make this classic with Rums, Galiano and fresh squeezed orange juice.
Refreshing is an understatement as we combine Jameson, Cointreau and cucumber to make this concoction a true original.
As smooth and sweet as its name, we mix Stolichnaya Oranj Vodka, banana liqueur and Galiano with tropical juices and a flamed orange peel, to light up your night.
Recipe dates back to the 1860’s from Louisville Kentucky, with Bulliet Rye Whiskey, Angostura bitters and an orange zest.
“Summer in a Glass,” made with Stolichnaya Blueberry vodka and Lemoncello.
The “Cosmo’s” origin was actually in the 1930’s, not the 1980’s. We combine Smirnoff Citrus vodka with Cointreau and cranberry juice.
COCO - MOJITO
A Cuban classic made with Blue Chair Coconut Rum, fresh mint and hand squeezed limes.
This 1950’s cocktail has resurfaced as one of today’s hottest cocktails. We mix Ketel One vodka, fresh pressed lime and tart ginger beer.
OLD TOM FIZZ
Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber and whole peppercorns muddled and topped with sparkling soda. A truly tasty libation.
A southern tea with a kick. Dewar’s Scotch, our house made honey syrup and fresh brewed tea.
A muddled treat with fresh blackberries, mint, Sauza Anejo Tequila and fresh lime.
A dessert in a glass made with Disaranno Amaretto, Stoli Vanil, pineapple juice and fresh cream.
TOP SHELF MARGARITA
Fresh squeezed lime juice, Maestro Dobel tequila, and Gran Marnier come together to create a margarita masterpiece.
This French Quarter cocktail originated in the 1940’s. It is made with Sailer Jerry Rum and passion fruit juices.
